Description

Durotan Steel is a steel pre-insulated pipe system used primarily for district heating and district cooling.

Manufactured in accordance with BSEN253 Durotan Steel is constructed of a carbon steel carrier pipe, polyurethane foam insulation and HDPE outercasing.

Durotan Steel district heating pipe is available in three insulation thickness and is manufactured in 6 and 12m lengths.

With a PUR insulation thermal conductivity of 0.024W/mK, Durotan Steel offers excellent insulation performance.

We offer various jointing sleeve options such as heat shrink or fusion complying with British Standard BSEN489.

Durotan Steel is available in carrier pipe sizes from 20mm to 1000mm.
